Each pot has a life beyond the candle too. When the candle has burned down just put the pot in the freezer and then pop out the remaining wax and wick. If necessary, clean any residue or soot with a solvent similar to "Goo Gone" . Toss the pot in the dishwasher and it can now be used as a serving piece/condiment dish or a small planter/catch all.
