How do you strike matches on the stoneware and what type of matches do you recommend?

Each product is delivered with an instruction card describing the function and possible uses for the item.  The Match Striker and Match Striker Candles are best sellers that rely upon “STRIKE ANYWHERE MATCHES”.  As well, those products ship with a small starter supply so your purchase is usable as soon as you open the package.  Each piece has an unglazed, natural clay portion that, when struck with the green tip of the match, ignites! 

 

How do I wash and care for my stoneware?

Each Tri Collective product is made of high fire, food safe, stoneware and glaze. The pieces are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe (up to 350 degrees).

 

Do you wholesale your products?

Wholesale orders are accepted with proof of retail licensing, website and/or brick and mortar location.  Upon approval, minimum opening order is $500.00 with no minimum on reorders.  Payment (including shipping cost) is required before shipping.  Lead time depends on the product(s) ordered and normally ships within 6 weeks or less.  All items ship with the Tri Collective brand product packaging.

 

What is your return policy?

I understand if you need to return an unused item. I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Item must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery, and buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If any item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

What is your average shipping and turnaround time on products?

Each Tri Collective order is shipped within 10 business days using USPS with tracking! Many of our items will ship sooner, but depending on the size of order or demand or product we may be firing new stoneware for you or pouring your candle after you place your order. Please be sure to email if you need your items by a certain date and we will do our best to fulfill that request. 

Do you offer local pick up?

We would be happy to refund shipping costs to our friends and clients who live in the Southern Michigan/Northern Indiana region! Upon placing your order, please email hello@thetricollective.com with your order number and we will refund your shipping cost and arrange for pick up.

I'm interested in a custom collaboration for my brand. Can you create something custom?

Due to the unique and handmade nature of each Tri Collective piece, no two are exactly alike and slight differences in size or glaze appearance may occur.  Returns are not accepted based only upon these slight variations.
